I joined Blackjack in 2001 as a member of the field marketing teams. In 2005 I joined the Staffing team where my learnings from the field taught me many of the skills needed to recruit and train brand ambassadors. In 2006 I became Head of Staffing; managing a team of 5 permanent staffing agents and a database of over 3,000 brand ambassadors.
