What was your first impression of Blackjack?
An agency that prides itself on working with luxury brands and attracting the right talent to deliver exceptional experiences of customer service. Offering flexible hours to fit around other commitments catering to the needs to their staff and clients. Blackjack recognises and rewards the effort and services that its staff delivers alongside promoting a great team working ethic.

A special moment at Blackjack…
Whilst working at the airport various celebrities have made their way through the shop floor such as Idris Elba and Sylvester Stallone. Also being recognised by the COTY consultant for my services whilst working on the Burberry counter.

What is a typical day at Blackjack like?
No day is the same whether on the shop floor or in the Head Office, with numbers of staff, clients and brand trainings coming through the door. Recruiting a diversity of talent that involves a number of stages to building a rapport with those joining the team by booking and training them to set them up to succeed in their role.

One thing you probably did not know about me is…
I started a campaign alongside my fellow team members during the National Citizen Service to encourage children with disabilities to engage in different types of sport.
