AMEX Airport Promotional activity

Location: Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 – Airside

Dates of activity: 10/04 – 21/05 2014 (6 week campaign)

Blackjack have been working with Momentum in providing promotional staff to work on a British Airways American Express stand to raise awareness of the British Airways American Express credit card.

An experiential promotional stand was placed in Heathrow Terminal 5 where the aim of the activity was for our Brand ambassadors to engage and interact with passengers to give them information on the credit card, raise awareness of Avios points and encourage them to complete an online data capture form to win prizes using the Kiosk screens situated within the stand.

We provided a team of 4 proactive, approachable and enthusiastic brand ambassadors to support the Momentum team on the stand each day.
