In Station Data Capture

Team Size: 1 x Team Leader & 2 x Brand Ambassadors per station

Shift Times: 07.00 – 11.00 & 15.00 – 19.00

We provided teams of staff within Reading and Bristol train stations, with the objective of gaining data capture from station commuters.

As well as providing data, commuters were encouraged to sign up to First Great Western’s Escape eNewsletter programme. Once opted in, they receive the latest travel offers, inspiration and competitions. There was a further incentive of winning a Kindle Fire for all entrants.

Staff used a web based data capture app via iPads, created by Blackjack specifically for this campaign.

Due to the huge success in March, the campaign was rolled out to Bath Spa, Slough, Reading and Bristol in June 2014.
