In February 2014, Blackjack worked with Network Communications to promote Mexico as a tourist destination. An experiential booth was placed in Heathrow Terminal 1 and the campaign focused on raising awareness of Mexico, highlighting specific regions and key features within the country.
We provided and trained a team of 4 fun and bubbly brand ambassadors to work on the stand each day inviting passengers to experience the Mexico Tourism booth and encourage them to view the video content.
Staff were required to distribute postcards and communicate key messages on Mexico destinations and passengers were engaged through an iPad on hand . Passengers that required further details were encouraged to scan a QR code with their smart phones to activate an Augmented Reality experience.
Results: 1,187 visitors to the stand and quality interactions + 769 postcards distributed.
