The brief
Blackjack was requested by a major e-cigarette brand to provide in-store maintenance and production services for their Duty Free concessions across the UK.
The Blackjack response
Blackjack developed a bespoke service for in-store production and maintenance requirements across the client’s UK travel retail shops. This included artworking, printing and installation of in-store graphics, delivery of point of sale materials, testers and technical equipment plus maintenance of any in-store equipment and products.

Providing a responsive and bespoke service for the in-store team, and quickly repairing and replacing every element whenever called upon.
The outcome
Blackjack continues to provide an on-call service for the team across UK airports and ensures their “shop in shops” always look at their best, with the latest graphics and in-store elements in working order.
