The brief
In celebration of female running culture, our client staged an atmospheric race event across 6 European cities. Taking place after dusk, lighting and sound installations lined the route from start to finish.
With over 4,000 runners signed up for London, the client required the support of a strong staffing agency to provide a team of ambassadors across London’s Victoria Park.
The Blackjack response
Our team selection took place over a 2-day casting event, attended by the client. Brand Ambassadors were selected for their passion for sport, whilst ensuring their personality, skill and experience complimented each role requirement.

Helping to make this first-time event a huge success.
The outcome
For this hugely successful event we provided 150 Brand Ambassadors, covering roles including ‘meet and greet’, cheer squad, information desk hosts and pacers.
