Luxury Fragrance Launch
The brief
To launch their new signature fragrance a luxury American jewellers created a personalised, experiential event in Heathrow Terminal 5 outside their existing store. A branded lounge was created to invite customers to sample the new fragrance. Those who then purchased in the adjacent store could return to have their bottle engraved and beautifully wrapped in the brand’s signature boxes. Blackjack was briefed to staff the entire activation.
The Blackjack response
Blackjack supplied a team of highly trained and experienced fragrance ambassadors, able to confidently and professionally introduce the new fragrance to passengers and direct them inside the store and the service available.
Specialist training was required for the engraving process as well as gift wrapping to brand guidelines.

The product reaching the number one spot for fragrance sales in-store for the promotional period.
The outcome
A highly engaging and unique gifting experience over the Christmas period. It was a hugely successful activation.
