The brief
A global airport services business contracted Blackjack Promotions to provide personnel for its new passenger lounge at Dubai International Airport.
The Blackjack response
Blackjack worked closely with the client to recruit, onboard and train all team members to ensure visitors to the new lounge enjoyed the best possible experience. Successful candidates were dedicated solely to the lounge throughout their employment and the team covered a range of customer facing and back-of-house roles, including table hosts, bartenders, demi-chefs, stewards and housekeeping.
